This 48 inch floating vanity has a single piece ceramic sink for a seamless design and easy cleaning. The price includes the cabinet, counter, mirror and your choice of faucet. It offers plenty of counter space and has drawers on either side for storage. The floating style can make your bathroom look more spacious and its narrow depth is ideal for a small bathroom. The wood cabinet has soft close doors and drawers and is fully assembled. The mirror is wood framed for the black, chocolate brown and white cabinets. With the beech and walnut finishes the mirror is unframed. Choose from several finish options.
The included door pulls, with a brushed effect in the center and chrome on the ends, are designed to match either brushed nickel or chrome faucets. Black door pulls can be purchased and for this style you will need 6 of the 5 inch size.

- Are the vanities assembled? The cabinets are fully assembled. The counters are in a separate box for easy manoeuvrability.
- Can I buy just the cabinet? Yes, you can purchase the cabinet without the counter. Email us for a price.
- Where are the vanities made? They are imported from China and Vietnam
- Are the faucets and sinks approved for Canada? Yes, all faucets, shower heads, drains and other plumbing fixtures are cUPC approved.
- What are the vanities made of? Unless stated otherwise vanities are made from Indonesian Rubber Wood. They do not contain any mdf of particle board.
- What is the warranty? Our products carry a 3 year warranty. This includes all bathroom vanities, sinks, linen cabinets, mirrors, heated towel bars, backlit mirrors and bathroom accessories. If, under normal use and after proper installation by a licensed professional, a product should have defects then modernbathrooms.ca will provide FREE OF CHARGE the parts necessary to resolve the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse or misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, are excluded from this warranty. Modernbathrooms.ca will not be responsible for labour charges incurred in the installation, repair or replacement of any products.

Good vanity with a great price. I bought the somewhat matchin 5059 floating but didnt realize the 3048 comes with a porcelain countertop, not a quarts with attached porcelain sink. Mounting design could be better. Really need to screw to studs. Overall good looking and good price.

All around excellent! Great customer service, answered all our questions and were very helpful. Showroom/warehouse were easy to locate too and had a great pickup system. Just had to backup to door and they were ready to load into our vehicle. Could not have been easier!
Vanity is exactly what we were looking for. Love that we were able to purchase as a package with mirror and faucet of our choice included. Installation was easy too. If we update another bathroom we will definitely be coming back.
