modernbathrooms.ca ships bathroom vanities, mirrors, faucets, linen cabinets and other bathroom products across Canada. Depending on your location and the size of your order, you can choose depot shipping, residential delivery, local delivery or pickup from our Coquitlam, BC warehouse.

Large items such as bathroom vanities are carefully packed and shipped by freight carrier. Smaller items can usually be shipped directly to your address by parcel carrier.

Depot Shipping – Large Items

For customers outside Metro Vancouver, shipping to a freight depot is typically the most affordable way to ship a bathroom vanity across Canada.

Enter your postal code and province in the shopping cart to see the shipping cost to the nearest available depot.

Once your order arrives, the carrier will contact you to arrange pickup.

Important: Most depots require orders to be picked up within 48 hours. Storage or other carrier fees resulting from delayed pickup are the customer's responsibility. Failure to pay storage fees could result in the warranty being voided.

Residential Delivery – Outside Metro Vancouver

We can also arrange residential curbside delivery across Canada.

To request a quote, select “Residential – Send Quote” in the cart or email us your postal code and vanity style.

Residential freight delivery is curbside only. Additional services requested from the carrier, such as inside delivery, stairs or other special handling, may result in additional charges.

For smaller items, available shipping rates are calculated automatically by the online store.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Metro Vancouver Residential Delivery

• $60 + tax within Metro Vancouver, from West Vancouver to Langley

• $80 + tax to Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack

Delivery is curbside to a garage or carport where available. For condos with elevators, items can be delivered to your unit door.

An adult must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. After your order is placed, we will email you with the next available delivery date.

Victoria, Nanaimo & Kelowna Flat-Rate Delivery

We offer scheduled residential delivery with our van to Victoria, Nanaimo and Kelowna approximately every 3–4 weeks.

• $120 for the first vanity

• $50 for each additional cabinet

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location, order size and delivery method.

For large items such as bathroom vanities, enter your postal code and province in the shopping cart to check available depot shipping rates.

For residential freight delivery outside Metro Vancouver, select “Residential – Send Quote” or contact us with your postal code and the vanity you are considering.

We charge shipping separately rather than building an estimated shipping cost into every product price. This allows customers to compare the actual cost of the products and delivery for their location.

Inspect Your Order When It Arrives

Freight shipments are insured against shipping damage, but carrier reporting requirements must be followed for a claim to be accepted.

• Inspect all packages carefully when your order arrives.

• Note any visible damage on the carrier's weighbill before signing.

• Refuse delivery if the packaging is significantly damaged.

• Hidden shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.

• Missing, incorrect or defective items must be reported within 7 days.

• Claims cannot be accepted after an item has been installed.

Delivery Times & Carrier Delays

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the freight carrier.

While we work with established carriers and will assist with shipment issues, carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control. We cannot provide discounts or compensation for delays caused by the shipping company.
