How do I install a bathroom cabinet?

Are the vanities assembled?
Yes, all cabinets come fully assembled. The countertops are packaged separately for easier handling during delivery and installation. The sink is pre-attached to the counter.
Can I buy just the cabinet?
Yes, you can purchase the cabinet without the countertop. The vanity will generally give you the option to select the "No Counter" to reduce the price. For vanities that don't inclue that option please email us for pricing.
Where are the vanities made?
Our vanities are imported from China and Vietnam.
Are the faucets and sinks approved for use in Canada?
Yes, all faucets, showerheads, drains, and other plumbing fixtures are cUPC approved for use in Canada.
What brand is the faucet?
We purchase directly from an OEM manufacturer. This is their proprietary faucet line, which we’ve carried for over 15 years with consistently high quality and performance.
What are the vanities made of?
The cabinets are plywood construction using Indonesian Rubber Wood or Thai Oak. We do not use MDF or particle board- with the exception of style 5230 in Blue which is mdf with a thermafoil coating.
What's the best way to clean a quartz countertop?
To clean quartz countertops, use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and a mild soap. I'm a fan of Mint All Purpose Cleaner as it is eco-friendly, Canadian and smells amazing. Gently wipe the surface to remove spills, crumbs, or residue. For dried-on messes, use a non-abrasive sponge and a bit of cleaner to loosen and lift debris. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the surface. For stubborn stains, a 50/50 solution of water and isopropyl alcohol or a non-abrasive cleaner made specifically for quartz can be effective. Always rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the countertop’s shine.
What is the warranty?
All products are covered by a 3-year warranty. This includes bathroom vanities, sinks, linen cabinets, mirrors, heated towel bars, backlit mirrors, and bathroom accessories.
If a product shows defects under normal use and proper installation by a licensed professional, modernbathrooms.ca will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
The warranty covers defective parts and finishes but does not cover damage from installation errors, misuse, abuse, or the use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or organic solvents. Labour costs for installation, repair, or replacement are not covered.
