45 inch Vanity - Style 7145

Modern Bathrooms provides a complete package of vanity, top and fixtures.
We have used them twice and couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service.

I had originally ordered a vanity cabinet from a local (Calgary) cabinet company, with the intention of sourcing the countertop, sink, and hardware separately. The cabinet arrived 6 weeks late, the toe kick was damaged, the paint finish on the edges of the doors was patchy, and the inside of the cabinet had dowel holes drilled into the outside panel (?).

I sent the cabinet back and ordered a complete vanity with a pre-mounted sink on the countertop and handles included from Modern Bathrooms. I received it in 3 business days, and it is EXACTLY as represented on their website. The craftsmanship of the cabinet is beautiful, complete with a high quality finish. The prices are highly competitive, even after shipping fees.

I recommend ordering from Modern Bathrooms for your next bathroom renovation.
10/10 on customer service, quality, and price.

We recently purchased a vanity (7142) and are very pleased with the quality, price and ease of purchase from your company! Thank you for your excellent service!

We recently did upgrades to our bathroom and ensuite and after shopping around found Modern Bathrooms had just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. The website was very user friendly, but the staff were also very helpful when we had a few questions. We took advantage of bundling our purchase and found it to be great value. The delivery service was excellent. We would definitely recommend Modern Bathrooms.

Have not had a chance to install yet but it looks amazing. Was shocked at how heavy it is as well so the quality will be great.
Can't wait to get it installed.
Will buy from here again

Excellent product highly recommend.
Easy purchase, shipping and fast delivery.
Compared to many other vanities was nice that this one arrives assembled, very well packaged and high quality workmanship.
Very impressed.

I was so impressed with the quality of this vanity. Even better than the photos!!
Fast service. Well packed for a perfect delivery.
I would highly recommend and will ve using them again for sure

After searching online for the perfect sized vanity, we found this one - 45 inches wide, just what we needed. 48 was too wide and 42 too narrow. And the grey quartz countertop is just stunning for our ensuite. The quality seems top notch.
The customer service was excellent, pick up a breeze with lots of help and explanations of the different components.
We would definitely do business with them again.

the vanity is just the right size for our bathroom only that it was to high for bathroom had to cut the legs off.

I was having a very hard time finding an odd side bathroom vanity, and anything that was the proper size had fake drawers. Who wants fake drawers in a bathroom vanity?
I found one I loved in minutes at a very reasonable price, got to customize the countertop and faucet to fit my style. The service was fast and friendly, I picked it up two days after ordering. Everything is absolutely perfect.

Modern Bathrooms was recommended to us by our general contractor friend who does a lot of renovations. He’s used them for years because of the best combination of very good quality cabinetry at the best price you’ll find. After receiving our unit we agree, very nice cabinet with good under-drawer bearing slides, and solid construction. In our case we ordered a bare cabinet without top, sink, or faucet, but the price is even more exceptional for the all inclusive units.

We ordered this online and were very pleased with the response. We were notified that the top we ordered was out of stock, so we were upgraded at no extra charge. Response via email was very quick. Recommend using this company.

Love my vanities and best price around! Communication was excellent and I would buy again.

Thanks

Very solid and well made. Everything was very well packaged. Already getting compliments on the vanity and will for sure be getting another when we redue our downstairs washroom.

The base is solid wood (no crap-board) with top of the line hardware (slow close drawer guides, quick release door hinges) and the plumbing hardware was just as good as going to any local DIY retailer and picking something off the shelf. For having ordered this sight unseen online (never visited the showroom) I feel like I won the lottery.

I had only one problem with this unit: it arrived too fast! I kid you not. The shipping package was great (bound to a pallet) and the local drop shipper they used was fantastic (loaded it right into my truck for us) and I had it in my house inside of 3 days from ordering.... then it sat in my living room because I wasn't ready for it :)

Finally installed it this last weekend and was blown away by the ease of installation and it's appearance, so much so that I'll be ordering two more vanities in the near future from modenbathrooms.ca (I'm renovating all three baths in the house).

I was a bit sceptical about what the quality would be for the price. Not anymore. The cabinet, the countertop and all of the accessories, faucet, water lines, etc. were all included and good quality. I am very happy with my purchase, thank you for putting these deals together. I will definitely buy again.
