The cabinet is constructed from durable wood and comes fully assembled for quick and easy installation.
Designed for functionality and style, the vanity includes soft-close doors and drawers for smooth, quiet operation. With two spacious cupboards beneath each sink and three deep drawers in the center, it offers excellent storage for everyday bathroom essentials.
The all-inclusive package includes a quartz countertop with two pre-attached undermount sinks, two matching mirrors, your choice of faucet, and matte black door pulls. The clean design and modern finish make it an ideal choice for larger bathrooms.
This 72 inch double sink vanity is available for fast shipping across Canada or local pick-up at our showroom in Coquitlam, BC.
The included door pulls, with a brushed effect in the center and chrome on the ends, are designed to match either brushed nickel or chrome faucets. Black door pulls can be purchased and for this style you will need 10 of the 5 inch size.

Shipping costs are not incorporated into the product price, and as a result we do not offer free shipping. If you are in the the Vancouver area you can pick up for free or have it delivered for $60. Elsewhere in Canada you can pick it up at the nearest shippers depot, which is the least expensive option, or have curbside delivery to your residence.
We also offer Flat Rate delivery to Victoria, Nanaimo and Kelowna for $120 for the first vanity and $50 for each additional vanity.

We do our best to provide images that reflect the true colour of our products. We also have an Options Video that shows the different colours and the Photo Gallery is also a good resource for confirming the colour. However, we understand that different computer screens will show colour differently.

How do I install a bathroom cabinet?

Are the vanities assembled?
Yes, all cabinets come fully assembled. The countertops are packaged separately for easier handling during delivery and installation.
Can I buy just the cabinet?
Yes, you can purchase the cabinet without the countertop. Most vanity pages will allow you to select the "No Counter" option to reduce the price. For those that don't have that option please email us for pricing.
Where are the vanities made?
Our vanities are imported from China and Vietnam.
Are the faucets and sinks approved for use in Canada?
Yes, all faucets, showerheads, drains, and other plumbing fixtures are cUPC approved for use in Canada.
What brand is the faucet?
We purchase directly from an OEM manufacturer. This is their proprietary faucet line, which we’ve carried for over 15 years with consistently high quality and performance.
What are the vanities made of?
The cabinets are plywood construction using Indonesian Rubber Wood or Thai Oak. We do not use MDF or particle board- with the exception of style 5230 in Blue which is mdf with a thermafoil coating
What is the warranty?
All products are covered by a 3-year warranty. This includes bathroom vanities, sinks, linen cabinets, mirrors, heated towel bars, backlit mirrors, and bathroom accessories.
If a product shows defects under normal use and proper installation by a licensed professional, modernbathrooms.ca will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
The warranty covers defective parts and finishes but does not cover damage from installation errors, misuse, abuse, or the use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or organic solvents. Labour costs for installation, repair, or replacement are not covered.
